Your application can be sent by post or email
Our Application process is:
- On receipt of your application your referees will be contacted.
- At the next meeting the Trustees will consider each application received by the relevant closing date.
- You will be notified in writing of the Trustees final decision.
- Confirmation will be requested from you that the grant we offer will be used for the purpose stated on your application form.
- Payment will be made by bank transfer. Where possible payments are made to schools, colleges or suppliers.
- We ask that you let us know how the grant has helped you, by completing the form on our ‘Send Feedback’ page. Second grant applications may be considered more favourably if you have previously provided feedback.
(Some of these procedures are to satisfy The Charity Commission regulations)

Applications are considered by the Trustees at their meetings held three times each year. The closing dates for receipt of applications are:
